Do you do repairs?

DJAS Watches is an online retailer of watches; we do handle repairs ourselves. However, for a small courier fee, we can arrange for a courier to collect the watch (provided it was bought on Djas Watches or Takealot) and deliver it to the relevant repair centre.

We need as much information as possible, so please include the watch name, order number and reason for the repair.

What is your return policy?

Djas Watches strives to accurately convey the look and feel of each watch, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you’re welcome to take advantage of our seven-day exchange or return policy – provided that your watch has not been worn.

What methods of payment can i use?

Our banking details is listed via the checkout process. We accept the following online payment methods:

• EFT or cash deposit,
• Soon we will offer Credit Card payments via payfast

How do I know if the watch I want to order is in stock?

Djas Watches website does not reflect the amount of stock we hold for each watch. You can contact us to about a particular watch.

How do you deliver?

Our watches are couriered directly to your door by postal services. Please supply a physical delivery address. We do not deliver to PO Box/postal addresses because a signature is required upon delivery.

Do you charge for delivery?

Yes we do, we charge various rates depending on where you are located.

Do you deliver to locations outside of South Africa

At this point we only deliver within the borders of South Africa.
